When you make a purchase from us in our capacity as brick suppliers, we take on the responsibility of getting your order to you enthusiastically. Customer Checklist

Prior to placing an order and arranging a brick delivery, evaluate the site and ensure our personnel have suitable access when we reach your location.

A minimum width of 3m is required for safe vehicle access
Slopes and hills are not suitable areas for a delivery
Ensure there are no overhead cables or overhanging trees
Have bricks dropped off at the kerbside as a minimum
Private and A-roads might not be ideal for deliveries
We cannot use pump trucks on loose ground, grass or gravel

A standard pallet from our brick suppliers weighs around 1,000kg. We deliver orders using grab, HIAB or 18-tonne tail-lift trucks, so sufficient access and turning space must be available. To make a brick delivery, we need to have a tarmac, concrete or paved driving surface available. Our trucks might not operate on a soft surface, like grass, or on a loose surface like gravel.

Remember to keep access routes clear for our brick merchants and drivers.
